The Poly Peninsula No. 1 project is located at the northwest corner of the Shenzhou Peninsula Development Zone in Wanning, Hainan.

It is situated in the middle of the eastern coastline.

It is adjacent to Shimei Bay.

To the south, it faces Laoye Sea.

To the north, it leans against the original mountainous area.

With mountains at the back and the sea in the front,

it enjoys superior natural landscapes.

Adopting the overall planning concept of mountains, dwellings, coastlines, and the sea,

it maximizes the presentation of natural resources.

At the edge of the blue expanse,

a seaside life is woven in dreams.

As the dawn gently breaks,

the golden light spills over the fishing boats.

The waves caress the beach,

murmuring ancient ballads.

Every grain of sand

hides the secrets and tenderness of time.

Combine the characteristics of different coastal habitats with the original site.

Weave interesting stories in the language of landscape.

Attract more tourists to Poly Haiyu Lang.

Unfold multi-dimensional functional areas such as Sea Breeze Square, Fish and Flower Street, Yacht Club, Seaweed Paradise, Streaming Light Swimming Pool, Wave-Removing Forest, and Thousand Islets of Flying Orioles.

The signage turns into a free seabird.

Shuttling through every scene.

Connecting the functions of the site.

We hope that the beautiful pictures by the sea can echo the signage.

While having functions, it sets off the unique free and relaxed temperament of seaside projects.

The Yacht Club

As an architectural space that stirs people's strong longing for a wonderful coastal artistic life, its design is developed from the highly fashionable intention of yachts. It reflects the romantic spirit of liberating oneself and returning to nature.

Its inspiration comes from the yacht designs of the famous Italian designer Lazzarini. With dynamic and stretching lines and natural and rich layers, it is just like a yacht on land, showing the majestic posture of riding the wind and breaking the waves.

The indoor signs continue the design language of the building. They combine refined geometric cut surfaces with functional information as an understanding and expression of the internal functional spaces, which is pure and natural.

Life by the sea is a flowing poem.

At every moment,

it is a deep conversation with the sea.

Here,

the soul can fly freely.

In the endless blue,

find the breadth and tranquility of life.
